Julie Lightfoot writes our Life Coaching articles for Podio, and is also our Business Editor Julie has worked within Learning and Development for around 15 years, (and HR for many years before that) and started Coaching, within her own business, JL Consultancy, around 5 years ago when she left her full-time role as a Trainer in the Civil Service. She is very much a ‘people person’ and delivered training in the areas of Mental Health Awareness for Managers and Diversity training for staff whilst working as a Civil Service trainer.
